have an extremely flexible staircase department, manufacturing
all types of staircase from domestic standard flights to bespoke
feature cut string flights.
Our experienced technical team work closely with our clients
to ensure they receive the best possible advice. We carry out
a full site survey to ensure the design chosen will fit and
comply with building regulations.
We then produce a CAD generated plan detailing specification
of components and layout of the staircase for your approval
prior to manufacture.
With time on site being critical, our qualified team will
ensure the components are machined to a high standard and dry
assembled in our factory to ensure ease of assembly on site.
This includes cutting of the spindles to the correct angle
and draw boring the strings.
With Fire regulations becoming every more stringent we are
able to coat the staircase in our factory with special fire
retardant coating.
Our flexible approach to manufacture means
we can cope with most designs of staircase manufacture.
